Industry Application
Power Generation
High-performance stainless steel engineered for reliable and efficient power generation systems, supporting demanding thermal, mechanical, and corrosion-resistant environments.

Problem to Material Route
Heat exchangers and boiler components fail early when grade selection accounts for peak temperature but not thermal cycling — sustained exposure in the sensitisation range is a different problem from short-term high heat.
310S is commonly specified for high-temperature furnace and combustion components requiring oxidation resistance above 900°C. 321 is often used in heat exchanger tubing and superheater applications between 400°C and 850°C, where titanium stabilisation prevents sensitisation during thermal cycling. Material and dimensional traceability are typically required for power-sector components.
Operating Risk
High-temperature oxidation and scaling above service limits on unstabilised grades, sensitisation from prolonged exposure in the 450–850°C range, erosion-corrosion in superheater and boiler tube applications
Operating Context
Industry Overview
In the Power Generation industry, reliability and efficiency are non-negotiable. Our stainless steel is engineered to perform under extreme operating conditions, including high temperatures, pressure fluctuations, and corrosive environments commonly found in thermal, nuclear, hydro, and renewable energy systems. From turbine components and heat exchangers to structural supports and high-pressure piping systems, our stainless steel delivers outstanding mechanical strength, long-term stability, and superior resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Whether used in conventional power plants or next-generation renewable energy infrastructure, our stainless steel is designed to enhance operational safety, extend equipment lifespan, and improve overall energy efficiency. We support the evolving needs of global energy production with stainless steel suitable for critical applications where performance failure is not an option.
