Incoming Material Verification

Material Qualification

Incoming material is verified against certificate, heat number and grade before it is approved for use.

  • Mill Certificate Review

    Grade, standard, heat number, chemistry and mechanical properties reviewed

  • Heat Number Verification

    MTC, material tag and actual material checked for consistency

  • PMI Verification

    PMI test photos or videos are provided as standard.

  • Third-Party Testing Available

    Third-party inspection and testing can be coordinated upon request. SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek or customer-appointed laboratories may be engaged for material verification, sample qualification and project approval.
