Lead time depends on product form, quantity, and material availability. Stock processing orders typically require 10–30 days, while mill production orders generally require 60–75 days.

We generally accept T/T, a 30%–50% advance payment is required, with the balance payable before shipment.

Which ports do you ship from?

Our primary ports of loading are Shanghai and Ningbo, China. Other shipping arrangements can be discussed based on project requirements.

Yes. Testing samples are available upon request and provided free of charge. Courier costs are normally borne by the buyer. Sample lead time depends on material availability and specification requirements.

Which stainless steel grade should I choose for my application?

Accepted Answer

Grade selection depends on product form, service environment, strength requirement and fabrication route. For routine corrosion resistance, grades such as 304, 316L or 2205 may be enough. For higher chloride exposure or more demanding service conditions, super-duplex or higher-alloyed austenitic grades may be worth considering within the stainless steel family. Send the drawing, standard, size and service condition, and we can help narrow the suitable options.

Can you supply material with EN 10204 3.1 certificates?

Yes. Most stainless steel products can be supplied with EN 10204 3.1 certificates when requested before order confirmation. Please state the required standard, grade, product form and certificate type in the inquiry. If extra testing is needed, such as PMI, UT, impact or corrosion testing, it should also be confirmed before production.

What information should I provide when sending an inquiry?

Please include grade, standard, product form, size, quantity and destination. If the order needs a specific surface finish, certificate, inspection item or delivery condition, include that as well. If you are unsure about the equivalent grade, send the drawing or current specification and we can help check it.

Can material be cut to size before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sheet, coil and bar products can often be cut to size before shipment. Please confirm final dimensions, tolerance, edge condition and downstream use. This helps us choose the right cutting route and avoid unnecessary edge or dimensional problems.

Can ASTM, EN, GB and JIS grades be treated as direct equivalents?

Accepted Answer

Not automatically. Equivalent grade tables are useful for communication, but they are not complete purchase specifications. Before substitution, confirm chemistry, product form, mechanical requirements and certificate language. Some projects require the certificate to cite a specific standard.
