Cutting & Slitting

Coil slitting, cut-to-length stainless steel sheet and bar or profile sawing are arranged against your drawing or cutting list before shipment. Where a part profile is required, laser and waterjet cutting are available for sheet — waterjet leaves no heat-affected zone where edge condition matters. Dimensions and quantity are confirmed at order review, and cut material is checked against tolerance before packing.

Cold Drawing

Cold drawing brings stainless steel wire rod and bar down to your working size with controlled tolerance and a bright, consistent surface. Drawn wire supports forming, spring and fastener processes; cold drawn stainless bar suits machined and precision components. Size, condition and packaging form are confirmed at order review.

Shaping

Where a round or standard section does not fit the part, shaped stainless steel wire and custom sections are produced against your drawing. Tooling and feasibility are reviewed at inquiry, and section consistency is checked before shipment — supporting precision structural, sealing and machined component applications.

Heat Treatment

When a fabrication or forming route requires a specific material condition, solution annealing and annealing of stainless steel grades are arranged before dispatch. This restores corrosion resistance after prior processing, relieves work hardening ahead of forming, and delivers material in the condition your specification actually calls for.

Surface Treatment

Surface condition is agreed at quotation and processed before shipment — stainless steel is pickled and passivated for corrosion performance, or brushed and polished where the application is visible. The finished surface is inspected against the agreed standard before export packing.
